The Staff are super friendly and helpful also the location is amazing you can take the bus from the airport and you need 2mnt walk to the Hotel i really recommend

Room was big. Location close to taksim square

Location was very dirty. The reception was not polite.Breakfast was literally nothing and it was in a dim lighted room. The odour of overall hotel was very bad. The rooms were very dirty and dull

Good place very friendly staff and value for money

Breakfast was not good. Less options and things were not replenished. We did not eat there due to this reason.

Air conditioner turned off due to cold weather outside but room was very warm.

The facility needs renovation and improvements in terms of cleaning and bathroom services. Towel and beddings need to be replaced with newer ones. One extra suggestion would be improving the lighting within rooms.

The room was always very clean—housekeeping does an excellent job. The staff were friendly and professional, and the location near Taksim Square is perfect for exploring the city.

However, the soundproofing needs improvement. Music from a nearby bar played loudly from midnight to around 3–4 AM, and I could also hear noise from neighboring rooms.

Very good hotel for those who wants to be close to Taxim Square and not pay a lot. Even though the room looked a bit tired but it was exceptionally clean and organized. Out of facilities there were fridge, tea cattle and safe - more than enough.I appreciated the frount desk staff member who upgraded me for the bigger room without extra pay. I was also allowed to check-out one hour later also for free that is very hard to get in many hotels in Europe.

The air conditioner was quite noisy.

Honestly this was the exact room that we stayed in for 10 days very nice location close to everywhere within 2 minutes you can get anything you want

To be honest the breakfast area a bit Small the breakfast is just okay fair what we paid for but it could be better

the room was exactly like the picture, everything was clean and tidy and the staff was beyond helpful and approachable (they even lent us a scale to weigh our luggages!)

the breakfast buffet seemed like it was not always fresh and it was a bit poor in choices, but if you don't plan to have only breakfast to eat in a day, you can manage

The location was so great, with just a few minutes from the famous Taxim Square. Also, the housekeeping team did a tremendous job cleaning our room every day. The front desk guys were also nice, providing excellent customer service and answering all of our questions.

I thought there could be a little more variety of breakfast options, especially the coffees.

The breakfast and the place of breakfast, so i advise everybody not to take breakfast. Outside for this money you can have a great breakfast

The location is perfect, only a few minutes from Taxim Square. The hotel is clean and the price is very good compared to other hotels in the area.
